Spring! It has been raining solidly all day and we are bored bored bored!
So here is the recipe for a fantastic fun indoor picnic.
Ingredients:
- a tablecloth or sheet
- old newspaper and magazines
- picnic food – sandwiches and lashings of ginger beer
- at least one small child
How we did it
- Spread out the cloth in your desired picnic area
- Set the scene with newspaper trees
- Move some house plants nearer the cloth
- Cut out large daisies from magazines and scatter on the floor near the cloth
- Spread out your picnic feast
- Invite a few teddies and sing the teddy bears picnic song
